Steve joined CubicWorks in early 2024 due to company growth. He has over 20 years experience in health and safety including a track record of improving site safety standards and cultures. His most recent role as a H&S consultant means he brings in a range of experience across a diverse portfolio. Steve’s primary role is to spend up to 90% of his time on site, providing real-time advice and support to the project teams, as well as undertaking detailed inspection reports and creating realistic action plans for improvement, where required.
