With over 20 years of experience in recruitment, Aliesha ensures everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly. Her work goes far beyond recruitment: from onboarding and payroll to training, workplace benefits and mental health support, she’s involved in every stage of the employment cycle. Aliesha’s focus is to offer proactive support, so everyone feels part of the CubicWorks family from day one and throughout their journey here.
Jamie Jorda – HR Coordinator
Jamie brings over six years of coordination expertise, making sure daily processes remain efficient, consistent and people-focused. Whether it’s organising smoother inductions, supporting the six-month onboarding journey, organising training needs, or being a friendly point of contact for questions big or small, Jamie helps new and existing colleagues feel supported every step of the way. Every day is different, and that’s what keeps the role rewarding and dynamic.
