We have recently started to deliver Facilities Management services and we are looking for an experienced Painter and Decorator who can deliver high quality, snag-free painting and decorating works to join this team, working together with other site based trades to achieve its ambitious goals.

As a Painter and Decorator you will:

Carry out all types of painting and decorating works, ensuring the standard of works is to the highest quality

Work on multiple buildings across Manchester and Liverpool, with some travel to Leeds and Birmingham necessary.

Communicate regularly with a central helpdesk team to ensure jobs are attended on time and deadlines are met to stay on programme

Review drawings and ensure work is carried out in accordance with instructions given

Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company's Health & Safety regulations

Build great relationships with all colleagues and customers

Carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device

Order materials

Other duties as needed

The right person would also have the following qualities:

Someone who has experience within the construction fit out and refurbishment sector, or has provided Facilities Management services before (essential)

Someone who is highly organised, has meticulous attention to detail and is passionate about quality

A confident communicator who likes to work collaboratively & is comfortable building relationships with a range of stakeholders
